Required Skills:
Valid Pharmacist license in good standing
B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
1+ year of experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy preferred
Familiarity with Framework LTC and Framework ECM systems preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience with LTC pharmacy workflows
Experience with medication management and compliance requirements
Knowledge of various pharmacy software and technology tools
Certifications related to pharmacy practice or specialized training
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
2 to 4 years of relevant pharmacy experience, particularly in LTC settings
Other Requirements:
Must be a local candidate residing near Santa Maria, CA
Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Ability to adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding pharmacy practice
Flexibility to participate in licensure, certification, travel, or other reimbursable activities as needed
