What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize pharmacy operations in ICU and Medical ICU units
Collaborate with healthcare teams on critical patient care plans
Dispense medications accurately in a high-pressure environment
Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Support Epic system workflows and documentation processes
Provide clinical oversight for medication therapy in trauma and critical care settings
What You Need
Valid pharmacist license in Louisiana or eligible for licensing
Minimum 1 year of critical care pharmacy experience; Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
PGY2 in Critical Care strongly preferred
Experience with Epic pharmacy systems (preferred)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
