Shift: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (flexible scheduling, some evening/weekend hours may be required)
Hours/week: 37.5
Employment Type: Full-time
Licenses/Certifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling; Michigan licensure required
Hourly Rate: $35.60 – $48.17 (dependent on licensure and experience)
Pay Package: Paid weekly

What You’ll Do
Oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the adult outpatient mental health program
Supervise clinical staff to ensure quality service delivery
Manage client cases and ensure compliance with licensing standards
Support crisis intervention efforts, including after-hours coverage
Coordinate with community institutions and stakeholders
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Ensure documentation and reporting meet all regulatory requirements
What You Need
Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
Valid Michigan licensure in relevant discipline
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in mental health
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience with outpatient mental health services
Crisis management skills
Knowledge of Michigan mental health regulations
