What You’ll Do
Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies to patients based on physician orders
Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures with minimal supervision
Assess patient needs and respond to their changing condition promptly
Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize respiratory care outcomes
Educate patients and family members on respiratory treatments and equipment
Document procedures and patient responses accurately
What You Need
NBRC certification (RRT or CRT) required
Valid state license in Kansas or eligible for licensure
Prior experience in respiratory care preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
