What You’ll Do:
Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies to patients in various hospital units
Assess patient needs and interpret physician orders
Perform invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures
Evaluate patient responses to therapy and make adjustments
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care
Respond promptly to workload changes, prioritizing safety and efficacy
Serve as a clinical resource and provide consultation on respiratory care
What You Need:
Valid RRT or CRT credential from NBRC
Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to perform invasive procedures with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
