What You’ll Do:
Provide direct patient care including assessments, care planning, and interventions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and document patient progress
Administer medications and treatments following protocols
Educate patients and families about disease management and preventive care
Triage patient calls and coordinate care as an Office Nurse
Support a safe, compliant, and compassionate healthcare environment
What You Need:
Valid RN license in New Hampshire
BLS (AHA) certification
Prior clinical or behavioral health experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high-quality patient care standards
