What You’ll Do
Provide professional nursing care to medical-surgical patients under the nursing process.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement treatments effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility policies.
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
What You Need
Current Kansas RN license
BLS certification
Minimum of one year of hospital Med-Surg experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
