What You’ll Do
Provide professional nursing care to pre-operative patients in ambulatory or surgical settings
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth patient flow
Educate patients and families about procedures and post-op care
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and regulations
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
What You Need
Valid RN license in Kansas
Prior experience in ambulatory or surgical nursing (preferred)
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
