What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care to patients in an internal medicine setting
Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on patient treatment strategies
Administer medications and treatments accurately following protocols
Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care
Accurately document patient interactions, treatments, and progress
Support patients emotionally and advocate for their needs
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Stay informed about latest healthcare practices and participate in ongoing professional development
What You Need
Valid RN license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain
ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Commitment to compassionate patient care
Preferred: prior experience in an outpatient or internal medicine practice
