Pay & Benefits:
Pay Package: Competitive hourly rate ($54.51/hr to $92.69/hr) based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:
Conduct psychological assessments for diverse patient populations
Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized care plans
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Support program development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
What You Need:
Valid Texas psychologist license (or eligibility)
Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
Proficiency in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatments
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred: Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish)
