Pay & Benefits
Pay Package: Competitive salary range of $550,000 - $610,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Additional Compensation: Immediate bonus potential upon exceeding productivity thresholds

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive urologic care to adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
Conduct diagnosis and perform surgical treatments, including robotic surgeries using advanced DaVinci XI systems
Collaborate with a team of four established urologists and a community partner
Participate in call rotations for hospital inpatient consults and emergencies
Document patient care using the Epic EMR system
Engage in clinical discussions and planning to enhance urology services
Support a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment with advanced technology and strong clinical support staff
What You Need
Valid, active U.S. medical license and board certification or eligibility in Urology
Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience preferred; strong new grads considered
Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
Ability to support visa candidates is a plus
