Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive based on MGMA guidelines)

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions
Conduct outpatient and inpatient consultations
Perform laparoscopic procedures and other minimally invasive surgeries
Collaborate with a team of experienced urologists, uro-oncologists, and advanced practice providers
Participate in call coverage (1:4 rotation)
Provide patient education and coordinate with primary care teams
Contribute to quality improvement and clinical outcomes initiatives
Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
What You Need
Michigan Medical License and Urology Board Certification
Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in general urology
Strong surgical and clinical skills, including minimally invasive techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
