Shift: Typical office hours with surgical responsibilities (20-30 patients/day, 1.5-2 OR days/week)

License/Certifications: Board Eligible/Certified in Urology, Ohio Medical License
Experience: Open to residents, new grads, and experienced physicians
Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range: $560,000 to $650,000/year, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive urological care to adult and pediatric patients
Perform minimally invasive surgeries, including robot-assisted procedures with da Vinci Xi systems
Manage a variety of urological conditions using advanced diagnostics and treatment options
Lead prostatectomy and cystectomy programs in collaboration with other providers
Support outpatient office procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, biopsies, and bladder/ prostate injections
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including subspecialty support and hospital staff
Uphold high standards of patient care in a modern facility with up-to-date equipment
What You Need:
Board Eligible/Certified in Urology
Ohio Medical License (or eligible)
At least 3 years of experience preferred; new grads considered
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
