Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (as per current rate; competitive pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations and procedures
Utilize DaVinci robotic surgical system for procedures
Manage a patient volume averaging 17–20 patients daily
Participate in on-call rotations in a hospital-based outpatient setting
Collaborate with a team of 2 other urologists and supportive ancillary staff
Conduct clinic visits, diagnostic assessments, and follow-up care
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety
What You Need
Required:
Ohio medical license and Board Certification in Urology
Current DEA and Ohio state licensure
Minimum 2 years post-residency experience in urology
Preferred:
Experience with robotic surgery and outpatient care
Ability to engage with a diverse patient population (50% adult, 50% geriatrics)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
