Pay package: Starting at $600,000+ annually (equivalent to salary-based pay), plus sign-on bonus and stipends

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care within a multi-specialty clinic
Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, and follow-up care
Perform inpatient hospital procedures and collaborate with hospitalist teams
Use Epic EMR system for documentation and management
Participate in call rotations and weekend coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs, CRNA, and specialty support staff
Engage in teaching and mentoring clinical staff and advanced practice providers
Manage patient care in a high HPSA score area, eligible for J1 visa sponsorship
Operate in modern facilities with advanced ORs and support services
Ensure safety and adherence to hospital policies and professional standards
What You Need
Active Missouri medical license or eligibility
Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
At least 3 years of orthopedic surgical experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered care
