What You’ll Do
Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
Oversee and develop a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
Deliver expert outpatient reproductive endocrine care and perform advanced fertility treatments
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical standards are met
Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments
Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of reproductive medicine services
Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative duties
Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as required
Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and national care standards
What You Need
Valid Michigan medical license; full and unrestricted license preferred
Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (must be current)
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in REI
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to manage a busy outpatient fertility program confidently
