What You’ll Do
Provide inpatient psychiatric care to patients with complex mental health conditions
Manage a patient load of approximately 18 patients per day
Participate in involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health treatment
Document patient care using WellSky EMR system
Support unit operations with a focus on quality and safety
What You Need
Required:
MD or DO degree with valid medical license in Delaware
Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
Experience with involuntary commitments and psychopharmacology
Ability to work a day shift schedule with no call on evenings/weekends
Preferred:
Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings
Familiarity with WellSky EMR
