Pay & Benefits
Annual Salary: $458,000 - $508,000
Pay Rate: $1.00 hourly (note: this may represent a placeholder; actual compensation discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient and surgical settings
Diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
Perform surgical procedures at hospital and outpatient surgery centers
Collaborate with audiology and other specialists for integrated patient care
Manage a growing patient panel due to regional demand
Participate in shared emergency call coverage (1:5 rotation)
Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
Deliver patient-centered, high-quality clinical care
Work within a multidisciplinary health system supporting referrals and collaboration
What You Need
Required:
Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Three or more years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
Strong surgical skills
Experience working in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
