End Date/Duration: Permanent position
Shift: Monday – Friday, standard hours
Hours/week: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct hire
Licenses/Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (BC required)
Experience: Prior clinical experience beyond training; not open to new graduates or recent fellowship completion
Pay & Benefits:
Salary & Incentives: Attractive base salary with RVU-based incentives (guaranteed during growth)
Oversee surgical scheduling with guaranteed OR block time
Mentor and develop surgical and advanced practice provider teams
Engage in research, educational initiatives, and community outreach
Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4), supported by APPs and hospital team
What You Need:
Medical license in New Jersey
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Extensive clinical experience beyond training (not open to new grads or fellows)
Strong leadership, collaborative, and innovation skills
