Shift: 3-4 clinic days per week with dedicated OR days and manageable call rotation
Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours

License/Certs: Medical license in Vermont, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You’ll Do:
Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
Manage gynecologic consults and perform office-based procedures
Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
Maintain surgical volume with access to state-of-the-art operating rooms
Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
Provide physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including deliveries
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and staff
What You Need:
Medical license in Vermont; Board Certified/Eligible OB/GYN physician
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Commitment to evidence-based women's health care
