Shift: Combination of 8 and 24-hour shifts on a 7-week rotating schedule
Hours/Week: Approximately 170 hours/month

Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology; medical license in KS recommended
Experience: Preferred Neonatology experience; new fellowship graduates considered
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (pay package discussed upon application)

Manage a diverse caseload, supporting high-risk newborns
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including residents and nurse practitioners
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
Support hospital’s mission through compassionate, evidence-based care
What You Need
Valid medical license in Kansas (or eligible)
Board Certified or eligible in Neonatology
Recent Neonatology fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic hospital environment
