What You’ll Do:
Provide expert neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with approximately 17 patients daily
Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually
Collaborate closely with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff
Participate in clinical care, including advanced neonatal procedures such as HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
Engage in teaching and mentoring residents, students, and new staff
Support a regional perinatal center with ~4,000 deliveries annually
Foster a supportive environment for families and staff, emphasizing quality and compassionate care
Comply with hospital policies, standards, and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
Valid New Jersey medical license
Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Commitment to excellent patient care and safety
