Shift: Approximately 10 24-hour shifts per month (out-of-house)
Hours/Week: Based on shift schedule (~40 hours)

Licensure/Certs: BC/BE in Neonatology, Oklahoma license preferred
Experience: Preferred but welcoming new fellows
Pay & Benefits:
Starting salary from $265,000 annually with annual increases
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Provide neonatology care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
Manage complex neonatal cases using HFOV, jet ventilators, and other advanced support tools
Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and hospital staff in a private practice setting
Offer comprehensive care including ventilator management, patient assessments, and treatment planning
Support and communicate with NNPs and hospital team on a 24/7 basis
Contribute to outpatient and inpatient neonatal services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
Participate in hospital protocols and community health initiatives
What You Need:
BC/BE in Neonatology
Oklahoma medical license or eligible for licensure
Excellent clinical skills and teamwork orientation
Ability to thrive in a collegial, community-oriented environment
