Shift: 26 weeks/year (one week on, one week off) with on-call from home every other night

License/Certs: Valid Medical License in Georgia; Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Neonatology or relevant experience

Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (discussed at interview)
Pay rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
Provide expert neonatal medical care to infants in the Level-III NICU
Conduct daily patient rounding and assessments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including experienced NNPs and specialists
Utilize advanced neonatal procedures such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling
Participate in clinical appointments at Mercer Medical School
Support emergent and routine neonatal care in a regional Level-I trauma center
What You Need:
Valid Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Certification in Neonatology (board-certified or eligible)
At least 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience
Strong clinical skills in neonatal procedures and patient management
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
