Pay & Benefits
Salary: Starting at $250,000 annually for new graduates, with adjustments based on experience

What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatology care in Level III NICUs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists such as neurologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and surgeons
Provide comprehensive care for newborns with complex needs, including services like high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
Participate in teaching and CQI activities to improve patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with families and team members to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
Engage in scheduled on-call rotations and weekend coverage
What You Need
Valid medical license or eligibility in Nevada
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to delivering top-tier patient care
Open to recent fellowship graduates and visa candidates
About the Assignment
This position is based at two prominent hospitals in Las Vegas: Mountain View Hospital, with a 24-bed Level III NICU offering advanced services, and Southern Hills Hospital, with a 15-bed Level III NICU. Both facilities are part of the Sunrise Health System, providing access to a wide range of pediatric subspecialties and teaching opportunities.
