What You’ll Do
Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level II nursery with 6 beds
Collaborate closely with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered healthcare
Participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects
Support team efforts in providing consistent, high-quality neonatal services
Engage in continuous professional development and knowledge exchange with a broad network of Pediatrix providers
Adapt to flexible scheduling and contribute to expanding neonatal services
What You Need
Valid Board Certification in Neonatology
Active medical license in Virginia or eligible to obtain one
Experience working in neonatal intensive care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
