What You’ll Do:
Provide expert neonatal care to a 34-bed Level III NICU with diverse case acuity
Collaborate within a team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs
Conduct daily rounds and develop patient care plans
Oversee 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
Support newborns in the nursery and manage high-risk cases
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocols
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care
Contribute to clinical excellence and ongoing neonatal care advancements
What You Need:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics; Neonatology fellowship required
Valid medical license to practice in Louisiana (or eligibility)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
