What You’ll Do:
Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track, mentoring residents and students
Supervise and teach Internal Medicine residents in clinical and academic settings
Deliver comprehensive patient care in a value-based, population-centered clinic
Use evidence-based, culturally competent care practices to address social determinants of health
Participate in quality improvement, research, and scholarly activities related to health equity
Lead and contribute to curriculum development aligned with ACGME competencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and community partners
Support operational initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare disparities
Engage in community-focused, evidence-based health delivery and education
What You Need:
Board Certification in Internal Medicine
Valid medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure
Experience in primary care, population health, or health equity preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Commitment to high-value, patient-centered care
