Pay & Benefits
Compensation: $312,000 - $438,000 annually + $25,000 Medical Director stipend

What You'll Do
Lead OB and GYN triage, surgical procedures, and labor & delivery management
Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies and inpatient consults
Contribute to a collaborative care environment with hospital staff and community OB-GYNs
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Level II NICU setting supported by Stanford
Help develop workflows, clinical culture, and quality initiatives for the new program
Support a predictable, balanced schedule with 24-hour shifts
What You Need
Required:
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active CA Medical License or ability to obtain one
5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
Preferred:
Leadership experience in clinical program development
