License/Certs: State medical license, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Experience: Prior hospitalist or OB/GYN experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder for internal use; competitive salary for this role is projected between $324,000–$360,000 annually)

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic consultations
Manage obstetric triage and emergent gynecologic surgeries
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including CNMs and back-up OB/GYN support
Care for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond, working with a Level II-B NICU team
Utilize Epic EMR system for seamless patient care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital routines
Support patient-centered care in a community hospital setting
What You Need
Licensed medical doctor (MD/DO) in Colorado or eligible for licensure
Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Experience in labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
