Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $1.00/hr (estimated annual salary ~$292,000 assuming full schedule)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide OB/GYN inpatient care, including deliveries, triage, and emergency consults
  • Perform Cesarean sections and assist with surgical procedures during delivery
  • Manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with specialists
  • Perform OB triage, admissions, and inpatient management
  • Respond to labor and delivery emergencies
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in a Level II NICU
  • Provide coverage for unassigned patients and assist with private call responsibilities
  • Serve a busy community with a delivery volume of 1,924/year, including 96 C-section deliveries

What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified or Eligible OB/GYN
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Minimum of 2 years’ obstetric practice experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (7.5 or 5.5 shifts/month)

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a hospital setting with Level II NICU support
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
