Pay & Benefits
  • Compensation: $525,000 - $625,000 annually (base; RVU model with guaranteed salary for first 2 years)
  • Sign-on bonus: $50,000
  • Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000

What You’ll Do
  • Provide full-spectrum hematology and oncology care, including outpatient and inpatient services
  • Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including full-time AP support and peer consults with MD Anderson
  • Manage approximately 30% hematology and 70% solid tumors cases
  • Participate in patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
  • Support regional satellite clinics—occasional travel may be required
  • Engage in teaching and academic activities with Central Michigan University’s College of Medicine
  • Contribute to innovative cancer programs utilizing cutting-edge diagnostics and treatments

What You Need
  • Medical degree (MD/DO)
  • Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology or actively pursuing certification
  • Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in comprehensive hematology/oncology practice
  • Interest in academic and research collaborations
