Shift: Full-time, standard hours with shared on-call rotation (including weekends)

License/Certs: Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure; Board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology
Experience: Prior experience with advanced endoscopy (preferably ERCP) is preferred but not mandatory
Pay & Benefits:
Salary: $405,000 – $450,000 annually, based on experience
Additional Compensation: Eligibility for a productivity bonus paid on weekly wRVU generation

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions with high-volume patient caseloads
Perform advanced procedures, including ERCP, utilizing state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment
Collaborate closely with a team of five gastroenterologists and multi-disciplinary staff
Participate in shared on-call duties, including weekends, to ensure continuous patient care
Document clinical encounters using the EPIC EMR system with advanced endoscopy tools
Engage in evidence-based practices and innovative procedures to deliver top-tier care
Contribute to a supportive team environment emphasizing ongoing professional development and CME opportunities
What You Need:
Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility for licensure
Board-eligible or Board-certified in Gastroenterology
Experience with or willingness to learn advanced endoscopy procedures such as ERCP
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care
