Pay & Benefits
Pay Package: Competitive base salary between $257,000–$286,000 annually
Additional Compensation: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, productivity bonuses based on wRVUs, and student loan repayment assistance of up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
Relocation: Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population
Conduct outpatient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Manage and follow a panel of patients with ongoing, continuity care
Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led team
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues
Support the development and implementation of patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth’s mission
Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for fully integrated care
Contribute to quality improvement and health promotion initiatives in the community
What You Need
Required:
Valid medical license or eligibility in Colorado
Completion of Family Medicine residency (board-eligible or Board-certified)
Ability to obtain or maintain provider credentialing with UCHealth
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient primary care
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Commitment to community health and preventative care
