What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients in a busy ED (~55,000 annual visits)
Collaborate with subspecialty teams such as PICU, CVICU, NICU, and hospitalists to manage complex cases
Engage in bedside teaching and supervise Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents
Participate in training and didactic sessions for Pediatric ER fellows if desired
Use full scribe coverage to optimize documentation and patient care
Work in a multidisciplinary environment with support from child life specialists and pediatric social workers
Maintain a commitment to excellent patient outcomes and team collaboration
What You Need
Valid medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
Completion of Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship training
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience in pediatric emergency departments or subspecialties is a plus, but not required
