What You’ll Do
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions
Perform patient evaluations, develop, and implement treatment plans under supervision
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care
Conduct orthopedic-related procedures including injections and office-based interventions
Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and rehabilitation
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in rotational call coverage
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality initiatives
What You Need
Valid PA-C certification/license
Minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience (orthopedic preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform procedures and handle clinical responsibilities effectively
