Pay & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Up to $469,000 - $520,000 annually (based on FTE)
Starting Bonus: $20,000
Additional Income: Extra shifts available

Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures, including trauma, obstetrics, spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal surgeries
Deliver patient-centered anesthesia services in inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in equitable call rotations supporting work-life balance
Foster a culture of teamwork, education, and professionalism
Support the mission to enhance lives through innovative and excellent care
Engage in mentorship and optional leadership/teaching roles
What You Need
Required:
Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
2+ years of anesthesia experience in a high-acuity setting
Preferred:
Experience in trauma, OB, or complex surgeries
Ability to practice in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
