Experience: Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred, but new grads with relevant clinical exposure are welcome
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (plus added compensation and sign-on bonus)

What You'll Do:
Evaluate patient function through assessments and testing, addressing skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular health
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and prognosis
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
Recommend adaptive/supportive equipment and assist with securing resources
Document patient responses, treatment outcomes, and billing information accurately
Promote patient safety and quality care within a multidisciplinary team
Participate in community education and promote physical therapy services in the area
What You Need:
Valid Michigan Physical Therapy license
At least 0 years of experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of healthcare documentation standards and safety protocols
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, diverse healthcare environment
