Hourly Rate: $37.35 - $57.74/hour

What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients needing occupational therapy services.
Administer therapies to improve upper extremity function, neurologic impairments, orthopedics, and post-op recovery.
Use manual therapy, neuro-rehab techniques, exercise modalities, and functional activities to maximize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Document progress, make recommendations for modifications, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, including therapy assistants and students.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of therapy equipment.
What You Need:
Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in NH
BLS certification required
1+ years outpatient rehab experience, including upper quadrant/neurologic conditions
Proficiency in manual therapy, neuro-rehab, and functional activities preferred
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
