Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients needing occupational therapy services.
  • Administer therapies to improve upper extremity function, neurologic impairments, orthopedics, and post-op recovery.
  • Use manual therapy, neuro-rehab techniques, exercise modalities, and functional activities to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document progress, make recommendations for modifications, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, including therapy assistants and students.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of therapy equipment.
What You Need:
  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in NH
  • BLS certification required
  • 1+ years outpatient rehab experience, including upper quadrant/neurologic conditions
  • Proficiency in manual therapy, neuro-rehab, and functional activities preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
