Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:
Assist urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating conditions
Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement treatment and care plans
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
Support urologic surgeries and office procedures
Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatments
Manage post-operative and follow-up care
Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
Support clinic operations alongside clinical staff
What You Need:
Active Vermont Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in urology or related field
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and patient care skills
