License/Certifications: Valid APRN license in Vermont, DEA registration
Experience: Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience

What You’ll Do

Educate patients and families to support informed health decisions
Maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate clinical environment

What You Need
Valid APRN license in Vermont
Experience in outpatient primary care (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
