What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams on patient management
Participate in high-risk deliveries and assist with advanced neonatal procedures
Educate families and support their involvement in care planning
Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates
Support pediatric subspecialty care such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
What You Need
Required:
Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Active Michigan RN license
Recent neonatal care experience (2+ years preferred) or new graduate readiness with strong clinical skills
Preferred:
Experience in high-acuity NICU environments
Strong collaborative and communication skills
