What You'll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU setting
Deliver 24/7 in-house neonatal nurse practitioner coverage on a rotational basis
Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily, supporting approximately 2,700 deliveries annually
Conduct neonatal rounds and manage patient care from admission through discharge
Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
Perform neonatal procedures based on your clinical competencies
Work closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members
Exercise autonomous clinical judgment for critically ill neonates
Collaborate with neonatal transport and subspecialty teams
Engage in educational opportunities, including student rotations and professional development
Focus on delivering evidence-based neonatal care that promotes safety and positive outcomes
