Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Note: Pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal patient care in a Level III NICU environment
Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants and those requiring ECMO and ventilatory support
Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists to develop care plans
Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and whole-body cooling
Participate in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and transport activities
Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care team focused on outcomes and family support
What You Need
Valid NP license in Nevada or willingness to obtain one
Neonatal NP certification (preferred)
Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience (preferred)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality neonatal care
