What You’ll Do:
Provide neonatal specialty patient care in a Level-IIIB NICU environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary NICU team to deliver high-quality care
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and staff education activities
Support families with patient-centered care and NICU family support programs
Participate in new graduate mentorship and ongoing professional development
Utilize advanced neonatal ventilator and supportive equipment
Contribute to hospital programs like Angel Eye for family-patient connectivity
What You Need:
Required:
Board Certified Neonatal NP (no PAs, FNP, or PNP accepted)
Valid NP license in Missouri
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced NICU setting
Preferred:
Prior neonatal intensive care experience
Commitment to patient and family-centered care
Enthusiasm for quality improvement and staff education
