Pay Rate: $1.00/hourly (to be discussed at interview)

What You’ll Do
Provide neonatal care across Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries in multiple hospitals
Attend deliveries, no transport responsibilities required
Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage
Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with facility protocols
What You Need Required:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
Neonatal or Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) experience
Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management
Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
