Shift: 24-hour shifts (Level III units), 10- & 12-hour day shifts / 12- & 16-hour night shifts (Level IV)
Hours/week: Approximately 36-40 hours

Licenses/Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (must be current and active)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP; not accepting new graduates or locum candidates

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus benefits)

Provide specialized neonatal care in a high-acuity Level III/IV NICU environment
Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals
Manage comprehensive care for neonates with various medical conditions
Rotate across all three hospital locations within 20-30 minutes of each other
Participate in on-call and shift work covering 24-hour units
Assist with procedures, assessments, and treatment planning
Support ongoing initiatives to ensure highest quality patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification (no FNP or PNP)
2+ years clinical experience as an NNP
Current Florida license or ability to obtain one
Preferred:
Experience in Level III/IV NICU settings
Strong team collaboration skills
Ability to handle high-acuity cases and work well under pressure
