License/Certs: NC State APRN License, Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-only, not FNP or PNP)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience); no new graduates
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III 16-bed NICU
Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver comprehensive patient care
Cover neonates and assist with general nursery duties
Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and family support
Manage daily care, monitor patient progress, and assist with procedures
Document care and ensure compliance with hospital policies
Support unit operations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:
Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Valid North Carolina APRN license
Minimum 2 years NICU experience (excluding RN time)
Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Preferred:
Experience with single-room NICU environment
Comfortable with shift rotations and working in a fast-paced setting
