What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
Support high-acuity, critically ill newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
Collaborate with neonatologists and care teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnostics, and care management
Support care delivery in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery, including daily NNP coverage
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment
Ability to work flexible shifts, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
