What You’ll Do:
Provide expert neonatal care for a Level I nursery with approximately 600 deliveries annually
Conduct daily rounds on newborns and attend deliveries as needed
Manage stabilization, treatment, and transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs
Collaborate with a team of NNPs and neonatologists in a supportive work environment
Contribute to the startup of a new 10-bed LDRP Neonatal Unit at CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Belmont
Maintain clinical excellence while working in a facility recognized for outstanding care
Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience in a clinical setting
Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, delivery attendance, and transport management
Ability to work independently in a new facility with a team-oriented mindset
